History
The Pegasus is a noble and powerful creature, a winged beast employed as mounts by various heroes of different nations when going to war and as a symbol of distinction.
Pegasus bear a great resemblance to horses; but their cunning and intelligence goes far beyond that of a simple mount, but they still tolerate each other and humans. Their skins are white and reflect light like snow; their wings are broad, with large, graceful feathers.
A pegasus is stronger and faster than the mightiest of horses, with its hooves it can crack an enemy's skull with ease, and it travels great distances swiftly through the skies. In fact, it is miraculous that a normal horse does not get stuck in mud puddles or injured with thorny bushes in the wildest and most inaccessible domains.
